Hi! I’m Nikki, a Certified NASM Personal Trainer & Weight Loss Specialist. As a young adult, I became passionate about nutrition and fitness. I wanted to figure out how to optimize my body’s performance each and every day. I quickly noticed that in order to do that, eating the Standard American Diet (SAD) wasn’t going to help me fulfill my dreams. So, I’ve spent the last decade researching just how to optimize my body’s performance with proper nutrition and supplementation, as well as building my body up to compete in Spartan Races, HIIT Competitions, and working the double job college life schedule.
I’ve also experienced the double-edge sword of “exercising tooooo much” by two knee injuries, (one that needed surgery) both of which I’ve successfully recovered from.
So, take it from me- my training style is going to kick your a$$, but it’s also going to tell your a$$ to rest, too.
At the end of the day, it’s all about being healthy and HAPPY. It’s not about the numbers on the scale or what your “friends” on Facebook or the gram think…it’s about HOW you think and how YOU feel. The sooner you understand it’s okay to be yourself, the happier you’ll be.
