When most of us hear the word, “diet”, we think of deprivation and starvation. Deprivation only causes you to crave MORE, and starving yourself is dangerous, lowers your metabolism, and you run the risk of becoming malnourished.
The key is to not look at eating healthy as a “temporary” thing. Balance it. Focus on adding in whole foods:

πŸ’― herbal tea once a day
πŸ’― superfood elixir once a day
πŸ’― green smoothie once a day
Etc. Etc. Etc.
The more good food you ADD into your diet, the less “bad” food you’ll want…or have room for πŸ˜‰
It all comes down to just being able to balance it. Having a “cheat day” or “cheat meal” is necessary and healthy, believe it or not. πŸ’―
