Hi, I’m Nikki! I am a certified Personal Trainer, Women’s Fitness Specialist, Holistic Nutritionist, and Behavior Change Specialist dedicated to helping women create strong, confident, and sustainable lifestyles through evidence-based fitness and nutrition.

My mission is to bridge the gap between science and real life—teaching women how to nourish their bodies, balance their hormones, and build strength from the inside out.

Through my customized fitness programs, personalized meal guides, and holistic coaching approach, I help women break free from restrictive diets and confusing wellness advice. My coaching is rooted in education, empowerment, and sustainable change—guiding my clients to understand why their bodies respond the way they do and how to make lasting improvements that go beyond the scale.

With my background in exercise science, women’s health, and functional nutrition, I specializes in getting to the root cause and creating lasting change from the ground up.

Whether that means improving exercise form and technique, gut health, personalized nutrition & fitness, addressing inflammation via IgG testing, or optimizing metabolism, my goal is simple: to help women feel vibrant, strong, and in control of their health—inside and out.

Over the past six years, I’ve had the privilege of coaching hundreds of women—both one-on-one and in group training settings at gyms and at my own personal home gym.

My experience has given me deep insight into the unique needs of the female body—how hormones, stress, lifestyle, and mindset all influence progress and performance.

From helping women build strength and confidence in the gym to guiding them through postpartum recovery, metabolic plateaus, and lifestyle transformations, my approach has always been rooted in understanding the whole person.

Every woman’s journey is different, and my goal is to meet each client where she’s at—creating customized programs that align with her goals, her schedule, and her body’s natural rhythm.

I work with clients both online and in person, providing flexible options to fit your lifestyle and goals. My online coaching offers personalized workout and nutrition programs, biweekly check-ins, and ongoing support—so you can stay accountable and see real progress no matter where you are.

For those local to me, my in-person sessions combine hands-on training, form coaching, and motivation in a supportive environment that builds strength and confidence with every session.

  • Yes! I train clients online with my fitness app where they can follow along set workouts, OR I create customized programs for them. I also train at my private garage gym where I have a barbell rack, free weights, medicine balls, battle ropes, cable machine, etc etc.

  • My app is a monthly subscription base where you unlock access to all of my workout programs and workout categories. There are options for gym training, home workouts, and no equipment needed workouts. This is great if you want a more “hands off” approach and just want a legit, professional program to follow. There’s also lower body, upper body, and ab workouts available if you like creating your own split. Learn more on “My App” page listed in the menu.

  • Yes! As a certified Women’s Fitness Specialist via NASM, I’m trained to understand the physiological changes women experience through every phase of life—including prenatal, postpartum, and perimenopause. This specialization allows me to design safe, effective, and adaptable training programs that honor the body’s changing needs.

  • After our consultation call, I will create a custom fitness plan for you that will be accessed through an online app. This app has on demand videos of me demonstrating the exercise with proper form and technique.   • To me, holistic coaching means looking at the whole person—not just workouts or nutrition in isolation. True health comes from balance: how you move, what you eat, how you sleep, manage stress, and think about yourself every day.

    When I work with clients, I don’t just hand over a plan—I help you understand your body, your habits, and the “why” behind everything we do. My coaching blends fitness, nutrition, and behavior change science to help you build sustainable habits that support both your physical and emotional well-being.
