Glute Sculpt by Nikki is a 12-week strength training program built from years of hands-on experience in the gym—refined to deliver real, lasting results. Designed for women who want to lift, shape, and strengthen their glutes, this program combines proven training methods with intentional progression to help you sculpt a strong, confident lower body.
You’ll train three days per week, beginning each session with a 10-minute dynamic warm-up to activate and prime your muscles, followed by 45–55 minutes of targeted strength work. Every workout strategically blends foundational and advanced glute exercises to maximize growth and symmetry.
