For my in-person clients, I offer private personal training sessions in my fully equipped garage gym studio—a welcoming space designed for focused, individualized workouts without the distractions of a busy gym.
The studio features everything you need for strength and functional training, including a barbell rack, barbells, free weights, kettlebells, medicine balls, TRX suspension system, functional trainer cable machine, and an air bike.

Nope- I clean the floor and equipment weekly with professional grade cleaners. Lights are up, music is pumping, and vibes are vibing. I make it fun and personable.
You are able to use my bathroom (just in case you were wondering) which is also clean n cute.

My training style leans towards “Functional Strength Training”. I will coach you on how to use your body to perform dumbbell exercises, barbell exercises, and bodyweight HIIT, all hand curated for YOUR goals.
My main focus is to coach you on what good form feels like. I discuss the importance of mind-to-muscle connection and proper technique.

Nope! It’s hot yoga, without the yoga. I do have fans running in the hotter months and encourage clients to book mornings or evenings during those times, as well as heaters going in the colder months.

All you need to bring is some h2O and your beautiful self! I’ll provide the rest- unless you want to bring your own yoga mat.
For parking, I live in a townhouse unit that has ample parking spaces.
